The Lexus NX is one of the most popular and the smallest luxury crossover SUVs in the brand’s lineup. It is fun to drive and with a hybrid engine under its hood, it is rated among one of the best in its class. The current, 2018 model year has brought several upgrades. First of all, the base NX 200t is now renamed the NX 300. Then, the new Lexus has gotten a new look with more pronounced grille and now looks even more aggressive. The interior has been upgraded with additional optional features including a larger 10.3-inch screen, adaptive dampers, and so on. Furthermore, the carmaker has equipped it with the Lexus Safety System + which now comes as standard equipment.
So, after the 2018 model’s year overhaul, the 2019 Lexus NX will most likely arrive with no major changes. Therefore, the major refresh will probably be after a five-year cycle which is set in 2020 or 2021. The upcoming NX will arrive in the same trim levels as the current: the NX 300, NX 300 F Sport, and NX 300h hybrid. As well, it will be available with two engines including a hybrid which is known for great fuel efficiency.
